Procrastination comes to those who wait.
We had a wonderful time with The Twins this past Friday night. The older they get, the more fun they are. The Twins are my nearly four year old niece and nephew, Peyton and Gabe. They listen to me which is also good. They adore us as much as we adore them.

Gotta love it when your employer picks a holiday to have off just because there’s a length of time between holidays. This week was particularly stressful, Presidents’ Day couldn’t have come at a better time!
I just need to get through tonight. We’re babysitting the twins, they’ll be 4 yrs old next month. It’s not a sleepover, thank goodness!

Honda of Escondido is holding a Valentine’s Special 2008 on Honda Cars for San Diego County Residents starting February 10 through the 17th. My cousin lives out that way, I’m going to tell him to check out my blog and see what kind of deals they have.
I’m so excited! This weekend we went out and purchased all the materials we need to get the electric done in the basement. The basement was framed for rooms nearly 5 years ago and we’re just getting to the real work now. As the kids get bigger, the house gets smaller so we definitely need more room to get away from each other. Hopefully we’ll get the electric done this weekend and then comes the sheetrock! I can’t wait!

This weekend was the Monster Truck monster jam. My husband and son went with friends and my daughter went with a friend of hers. I opted out. I’ve been once and it’s not really my cup-o-tea. So, last night was movie night. My 13 yr old niece and I went to rent a movie. I let her pick it out so I knew it probably wouldn’t be something I’d really be interested in.
She picked Balls of Fury. It was probably one of the worst movies I have ever seen! It was absolutely ridiculous. If you’re thinking about renting it, don’t. It’s 91 minutes of your life you will never get back.
The second movie we watched was Million Dollar Baby which I’ve had sitting around here for awhile but never felt “in the mood” to watch it. And because it came out in 2004, I’ve heard what happens in the end and new it was coming. But still, it was a really good movie. If you haven’t seen it, you should.
