It’s gonna be one of those days.

Before I left the office yesterday I was told I was going to have to be at reception from 9-1 today.  I wasn’t too happy about it and even entertained the idea of taking a sick day as I hate answering the phone and being all nicey-nice to the clients but I’m a bad liar.  My co-workers feel the need to make small talk with me because I am in a central location.  Many people walk by me while I sit here.  Not that I’m mean and nasty to people but some days I’d just like to be left alone to do my own work.

One good thing about being down here is I get to surf the net.  I can catch up on my blog, my emails and all the celebrity gossip.  Poor Britney.

Strange find - Low Beams

I found these while cruising the net tonight, lol.

With low beams, you are back in the driver’s seat, free from the glaring side effects of blasts of cold air. By simply applying these ouch-less center, latex free adhesives, your winning smile will be the only thing stopping traffic!

Use low beams with or without a bra, while running (about town or around the block) or even under a bathing suit.

R.I.P. Heath Ledger

Yet another celebrity death.

I was shocked and saddened when I read this today. Handsome & talented, he was only 28 years old and leaves behind a 2 year old daughter. Sad.

Go Pats!

The New England Patriots go up against the New York Giants in Arizona at Superbowl XLII.

It’s big topic around the office today and at home last night; I could care less.

Actor Suzanne Pleshette died at the age of 70 this past Saturday. Ms. Pleshette was the husky-voiced actor best known for her role on “The Bob Newhart Show”; she was Bob’s wife Emily Hartley.  I personally loved her in “Hot Stuff”

New Home Heating Website

Looking for a portable heater? Desatech.com has a variety of heating-related items and accessories, all brand new or factory reconditioned, and at great outlet prices.

We are in the process of completing our partially finished basement and thought about getting a portable heater so we can use the space before it’s finished. I checked out the heaters online and found some great wall heaters at desatech.com that we could permanently keep in the rooms as they are finished. They also carry stoves, wood-burning units, outdoor heaters and fireplaces that you could use their vent free gas logs.
