My weight-loss journey.

Sometime back in May, I joined Weight Watchers. I was really gung-ho about it. I was meticulous about tracking my points and attending the early Saturday morning meetings. Then I went on vacation, missed a meeting and then missed another, so on and so forth. At my last weigh-in I had dropped 17.5 lbs and I have managed to drop a few more on my own, bringing my total to 22lbs lost. I had not been watching what I eat at all the last couple weeks with next to no exercise, I still weigh-in once a week on Saturday mornings and I watch that scale go up and down.

My goal was to lose 55lbs. So, here I am today to declare a new start to my weight-loss journey. Wish me luck!
